This season so far has been going smoothly for us. We waited until after May 15th to plant our soybeans, so we missed most of the frost. We applied a complete mix of MAP/Potash/Boron and AMS in the strips planned on the trial field. The soybeans will not get any in-season nutrient applications unless we notice a deficiency.
This Spring has been one of the driest we have experienced in quite some time, so one of the challenges we faced during planting was getting the seeds enough moisture so they could start germinating and coming out of the ground. Now we are working with the help of Ceres Solutions on getting all of the beans sprayed in an early post-emerge pass.
