The AdvanSix comprehensive health care plan provides our employees with the tools and incentives to live healthy lifestyles, assures protection against catastrophic losses due to illness, and keeps employee and company contributions in line with the marketplace
At AdvanSix, we offer the same health care benefits to our hourly workers that we have with non-union workers.
All employees have a choice of either a High Deductible Health Plan or a PPO option, which is the same as all other AdvanSix employees.
AdvanSix employees also have access to medical decision support services to help understand conditions and treatment options; a comprehensive employee assistance plan that includes counseling services, mental health support, and access to legal and financial services.

AdvanSix will pay employees in the High Deductible Health Plan $1,000 (and $1,000 for a covered spouse, increased from $500 in 2023) when they have an annual physical (either from their primary care doctor through the AdvanSix Horizon BCBSNJ medical plan OR through onsite medical at each plant site).
